Libby Family

There is a marriage link between my Middlemiss family to the Libby Family, a very prominent and important family in New Brunswick and Maine.

The first marriage link is that of Robert Middlemiss, brother of Alexander Middlemiss .
        Robert married Mary Etta Libby 3 Jun 1886, she was b. 20 Nov 1862 d 22 May 1947 in St. Stephen, New Brunswick
             1) Charles Middlemiss b. Jun 1885 in St. Stephen, N.B.

Mary Etta Libby was the daughter of David W. Libby b. 10 Mar 1839 and Sarah Ann Nesbitt b. 22 Mar 1843 in St. Stephen, they were
married 12 Nov 1861 in St. Stephen, N.B. David W. Libby is a descendant of Capt. John Libby, ( Anthony, Jacob, Samuel, Ebenezer, Stephen R. )
